GL1608 5um 16K global shutter line scan image sensor
GL1608 is a line-scan image sensor with resolution of 16384 x 8 with 5 μm pixel size. Users can choose either dual-line(39 kHz line rate) or four-line mode(17.8 kHz line rate) based on application. Sensor achieves a read noise of less than 3 e-. The FWC is around 25 ke-. On-chip 2×2 binning is also supported to increase the sensitivity and SNR.
