We are looking for a Sr. Accounting Manager who has the background and experience to quickly take his/her place in our Belgium Management Team and become one of the key leaders to realize our ambitious strategy and financial planning. As a Sr. Accounting Manager you report directly to the CFO of The Gpixel Group head quartered in China. This gives you the ability to develop yourselves working with different cultures.

Strengthen financial policy, both strategically and in daily practice by:

• Final responsibility for all financial activities (reporting, cash flow planning, etc.);
• Responsible for the design and evaluation of internal controlling mechanisms;
• General management, supervision and coordination of the finance team;
• Contact with external partners (auditor, banks, etc.) and internal partners (Gpixel China Finance team);
• Monitoring of working capital;
• Managing and optimizing budgets and cost price calculations;
• Belgium VAT declarations and reporting;
• You bring structure within the department and reduce costs where necessary;
• Responsible for correct month end closing according to BE GAAP;
• Responsible for correct financial year-end closing BE GAAP and Chinese IFRS;
• Consolidation and reporting of the figures to the local Board of Directors as well as Chinese HQ on a monthly basis;
• Preparing and presenting monthly financial reports;
• Coordination and financial point of contact during due diligence processes;
• Enhance SAP4Hana so finance can start using automated dashboards and reporting. Possible mitigation for power BI;
