In this function you will become an expert in our image sensors in order to support our customers’ successful product development. This involves not only understanding our products but also our customer’s diverse applications in industrial, scientific and professional imaging. You will interact directly with our customers and work closely with our engineering teams. You will be responsible for the technical aspects of helping customers succeed with Gpixel’s products.
Together with the marketing & sales team, you will demonstrate our products and technical capabilities. Your feedback will help define future products and improve customer support.
The ideal candidate for this position:
- Has experience in providing (technical) support to customers.
- Has effective verbal and written communication skills (English). Should be able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
- Has good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Has (basic) knowledge of Python.
- Can integrate and work easily in a small and dynamic team.
- Is open to flexible working hours to accommodate collaboration with international customers and/or colleagues.
Relevant experience in the field of image sensors or imaging is considered a major advantage, but not a mandatory requirement for this position. This function involves occasional travel to support customers or attend trade shows.
